Available in Port Edward at Maverick Foods and Municipal Office (Prince Rupert Monthly Passes are not valid for travel on the Port Edward Transit System).

Annual Senior Pass:    $30.00

Port Edward Transfer Policies:
You can transfer onto the Prince Rupert Transit System for free at points where the two
systems intersect: Downtown, the Civic Centre, or Prince Rupert Boulevard at Charles Hays
School. To transfer simply ask the driver for a transfer and present it to the driver on the Prince
Rupert Bus.

Transfers are free, however, please remember the following policies: 

  • a transfer is valid on all routes except the route indicated on the face of the transfer
  • a transfer will be accepted on the date of issue, before the expiry time indicated by the cutoff
  • a transfer does not entitle the passenger to pass over and along any portion of the same route twice
  • expiry time is final

Schedule (subject to change without notice):

May 1 to September 30 Port Edward Transit expands to seven days per week. Summer service also includes trips from the Ocean Centre, Civic Centre all the way out to North Pacific Historic Fishing Village in Port Edward! Fares from Prince Rupert to North Pacific (Zone 2) are all $4.00 (adult and students).
