Availability:

September - June:
Monday to Friday - available anytime after 4:30
Saturday/Sunday - available anytime

July/August:
Monday to Sunday - available anytime

Requirements:

-$250 damage deposit
-applicant must sanitize after meeting or event
-garbage and recycling must be removed and disposed of
-sign rental agreement

Cost:

$1.00 per person - Rent

$20.00 - Insurance for 1-25 people
$35.00 - Insurance for 26-50 people

$60.00 - Insurance (with alcohol) for 1-25 people
$110.00 - Insurance (with alcohol) for 26-50 people

If you would like to serve alcohol at your meeting or special event you are required to ask permission from Mayor & Council, showing proof of Liquor Licence and your servers Serving it Right Certificate.
